Strategy is the key to execution, trainees will learn strategy frameworks, various schools of thoughts from Porter generic to more contemporary ideas.
Participants will be asked to craft their own strategy and operating mechanisms and to dive deep into how to transform vision/ mission into actionable strategy.
To achieve desired outcomes participants learn the importance of deciding on the type of structure that supports People-Purpose-Culture and Strategy.
We will dive into different approaches with their pros and cons and how they relate to the whole organizational health
This is the wrapping up workshop of the program- participants will be asked a simple question : what will you do differently. A constructive discussion will help attendees to glue all the concepts together and develop their own action plans past the program.
